How would you rate a user?

This topic is not supposed to start arguments. I want to see what people would rate someone out of 10 how good he or she is at making graphics or creating levels. I am very curious to know how much people like other's works.

I'll post my opinions later but first I wanna hear what you people have to say. This could be a good thread, too. Because with criticism, people can learn to be better and learn from their mistakes or continue to be great graphics makers or level designers.
