A SMW-styled minisode by AMIREAL, based off the ROMHack for SMW Call of Cthlulu, featuring classic mario enemies with a subtle horror twist
The story:
Mario has fallen into a deep sleep, possibly under the influence of Kamek, Bowser, or some other force preying to haunt him, however, he can't wake up, as he is trapped within a nightmare in his own mind, from there, he has to take on many challenges, gain the stars to help him get closer to his dream's end, where he'll be able to confront whatever being has set up this madness.
