Wrong death sprite

Hello i have a problem where on death an npc will use the default sprite rather than the custom one. How do I fix this?

From the very little I know of your current situation on why this problem is happening to you, all I can assume is the following:

- You're using an invalid file format
- You didn't name the file properly
- You have the file in the wrong file directory
