[Boss] Toge Bro V1

Back again! I bothered to make Toge Bro and other bosses from Wario Land 1.

Introducing Toge Bro / Spiked Koopa / Spiked Pirate from Wario Land 1. In default, he has 24 hp and takes 24 fireballs or 3 strong hits, including the interaction to hit his shell while descending, to defeat him when he exposes his soft belly. Has a few configurations for his hp, crushing attack in pinch, and able to drop a goal orb if you set his Legacy Boss / Set As Boss true. He waits in place and occasionally chases the player in his shell. He can also get hurt if the player jumps into his belly while in his shell.

  Made several tweaks to his harm and other interactions on him. Let's him take SMLDamage and Wario's charging attack properly; however, Wario's ground pound will still oneshot him.

Wario Land 1 is probably my favorite Gameboy game. I must have played through it dozens of times during my childhood. I'd love to see Wario Land 1 NPCs in SMBX.
