- fixes a potential softlock in Gateway
- changes the exit in Gateway to a smw goal
- fixes a potential softlock in Dungeon of Death
- fixes a potential softlock in Kaizo Trap Cavern that i introduced when i added the turn block
- TEST now plays the right music

This patch changes the world map, but it shouldn't break your save file ( i hope! )
