Level-to-Level Warp Help

I need step by step instructions on how to warp from one level to another. I'm making a hub world connected to a warp zone. The hub and warp zone are connected by a warp pipe. When I try it on my own, one level's warp works, while the other doesn't. I need a step by step tutorial on how to do this with pictures please. Thank you.
