World _-_ Hud Icon?

Idk much about LunaLua But Is There Either A Script That Already Exists, Or An Easy Way To Make One, Thats Shows The World/Level Number? Like In The Original Super Mario Bros It Would Say "World 1-1" At The Top Of The Screen.

That can be done using custom HUDS. Unfortunately the only HUD like that I know is the one in Super Mario Ultra, but I think it was made specifically for the episode.
