[SMBX-38A] [UPDATE on 11.15] Weirdcore

Postby HengShao » Sun Sep 04, 2022 11:24 am

This is a level I have been working on recently, which is made with 1.4.5.
As the name of this level implies, this is a level inspired by 'Weirdcore', a type of Network Aesthetics popular in recent years. But what on Earth is 'Weirdcore'? Here's an explanation of it in Aesthetics Wiki:
"Weirdcore is an online aesthetic and art movement centered around amateur or low-quality photography and/or digital graphics that have been constructed or edited to convey feelings of confusion, disorientation, alienation, and nostalgia or anemoia."
This explanation might have already summarized the theme of this level, so I won't repeat it again. I hope you can enjoy this level!
What's important: This level is just an average level with a weird atmosphere, and all the content of this level is fictitious. There is NO NEED to make irrelevant and useless conjectures about the content of this level.

Update Content:

(UPDATED on 11.15)

  • Some effects in the level are improved

I noticed such a problem, because of these characters of the music filename (you, as I understand it, are displayed differently) this music does not play in section of clocks. So I advise you to remove these characters before packing into the archive and leave only Latin characters
