Vertical Autoscroll stops weirdly

When it reaches the top (vertical autoscroll), it will still allow the player to go down a bit, even when it's not supposed to. And it stops like this if the player waits below. Is it normal to happen, and is there any fix to this?

i think it's normal because you weren't on the top before it stops
