Story: One day in the Mushroom Kingdom, a mysterious blue box fell from the sky. Upon discovery, it was the Energy Star power box. Its power cut the Mushroom residents' energy bills, saving them money. That all happened until Bowser thought it would be a great idea to take control of the Energy Star itself. He then stole the box, along with its power. Without the Energy Star's power, the Mushroom residents' energy bills were through the roof. But Mario and his friends aren't the only ones who know about this. In another universe, Hatsune Miku and her vocaloid friends immediately saw the situation and went to the Mushroom Kingdom and informed Mario and his friends that they will help him find the Energy Star box by looking in each castle, guarded by the Koopalings. Mario and his friends must save the Energy Star and restore the energy saving to the Mushroom Kingdom from the clutches of Bowser.
