Help with basic LunaLua, completely new to the language

How would I go about doing these things:

1. Making the default character for the episode Wario (you only get set to Wario when first starting a save, not every time you boot up the episode).

2. Ensure that only one skin can be used for each character.

Also, is there a way to sort the search for the forums? In the main LunaLua forum I try and find specific things to see if they've been made, but the results are flooded by individual comments from one thread over and over, can I search by individual threads?

if you mean modifying/replacing the character select that comes up when you start the game from the launcher/lunaloader, then this is (probably??) currently not possible via lua. the WLD format doesn't support filtering characters outside of the base 5, and your episode's lua files aren't loaded until the episode itself is loaded. your best bet is to disable all characters but one and just use the code linked in the post above to forcibly change the player's character.
