Lovely pack! However- I will say there are a few things missing  !
- The Wario Land 4 Frog Switch, when it hits a timer of 15, will begin to make a "Clock Ticking" noise in order to symbolize that the timer is growing closer to completion, as can be seen in this video.
- As shown in the video, when the Timer runs out the background goes grey and begins to play a creepy ambience- while Wario loses coins. If I could offer any input as to how this could be implemented- I would say that in SMBX the player's coin count begins to drain... And when that is gone? The player would take damage, maybe every 2 or 3 seconds, and lose their powerup state. And when at State 1? They would get a game over. Then again: you could implement it however you want.
- At around 3 seconds the Music Fades out... But then starts back up again. I would say it might be good to loop the "Last Portion" of "Hurry Up!", which is to say I would have it loop, starting from this point, continuously, if that makes any sense?
Otherwise those are my only small gripes. Everything works pretty much perfectly!

Those Yoshis are awesome! And the fact that you can take them out of the level means big things for custom mounts in the future.
I did have this error that crashed the game when taking the Brown Yoshi out of the level, though:

Wendy's not like other girls; she doesn't die when she's killed.
On Topic: It is rather odd, as I just tried this. Not only does it take more than 3 hits to defeat her, but when you stomp her for the 4th time (assuming you weren't stomping her whilst in her shell), a clone of her shell flies offscreen while the original stays.
As a matter of fact, this will continue until you stomp her while she's in her shell.

This is awkward ._. I need to fix that...
Regarding 11th yoshi: it seems like this is related to 1.3 stuff... Can't have any "power" over that sadly.

I don't want to sound rude, so please don't take this wrong way. I really don't like the Broozer. It feels very close to the 1.4 Version, which I also don't like.
Usually the Broozer just exists and goofs around until the Player comes near, which causes him to start boxing, until defeated or the Player goes away far enough. Also some sounds for the Boxing would be great to have.
Please don't take this the wrong way, now coding myself, I very well know that it is alot of work, so I just really like the Broozer as an Enemy, so I would
love to have the best version possible in SMBX.

Does the shine sprite happen to be it's own collectable from the Power Star? If so, are you able to add another counter solely for those?

Yeah! There is a counter for them: SaveData[Level.filename()].shineSprite

Well it looks like Core is about the only person creating alot of Npc's right now so I'm just happy for whatever we get.
I'm not sure where the dev team is on 2.0 but I'm sure they are busy with life and stuff.

The scale platforms aren't working, the settings don't seem to be applied to them.
