[NPC Pack] Big Dolphins

I've ported my Big Dolphin sprites so that they can be used along with the normal smaller variants. They aren't any different from the regular ones besides their sheer size. I take no credit for the lua side of things as this is basically just a duplication.

Looks like you could make athletic levels now that are set in the giant world from SMB3 with these.
