How can I set a warp lock with Star Coins?

In my project, I'm trying to use warps that are locked, which can be unlockable with something other than stars... I am planning to use Star Coins. (I want to give those a great purpose in collecting, as they will unlock extra levels that will be challenging)

What kind of command line I can use to set up a warp lock which can be unlockable via Star Coins? Or at least, how can I make a warp be accessible until you get a sufficient amount of Star Coins?
