A month after Christmas, but here's an Advent X Thing for you to try!
"This is the SMBX2 episode we made for [last] year's Advent Event: an A2XT spinoff game starring Calleoca! Pandamona has gone and blown up Santa Claus so now it's up to our favorite otaku cyclops to deliver everyone's Christmas gifts in the jolly old elf's place!"
This is a multiperson collaboration episode.
It was made as a digital advent calendar for the LPer raocow, and was released on Christmas day for everyone to try.
It contains 26 days of lovingly-made content accessed via an advent calendar-themed select screen, with every day featuring a different cutscene and more than half of them also containing a level or boss fight.

The cutscenes, levels and bosses are unchanged from how they were in the original LP (aside from minor polish and bugfixes), but the release version adds achievements and lets you freely play the days in any order!
Expect a lot of in-jokes and general silliness.
The cutscenes also reference external gifts; most of these gifts are not included in the episode package, but instructions for the exceptions can be found on the launcher page. You need absolutely no context to enjoy the levels and bosses, however!
