On that note, why is it still required that you need to PM a staff member to be able to change your name? I see no harm in allowing people to change their name manually, as long as they make it clear as to who they were before.

Name changes can be approved/disapproved manually on a case-by-case basis if it is required that you PM an admin with a request to do so.

Huh? You can change your name on both on them, just only every 3 months.

But then if you choose a username you don't like, or misspell it, you're stuck with it for a while
