Dr. Wily's Empire - Megaman Adaptation and Megaman Soundpack

Notice: This is meant for SMBX2 and to be played with Megaman.
If you want to use this pack, keep some things in mind:
- In the current version of SMBX2, the multiplayer is very wack with new characters. Do not download this if you wish to play Co-op.
- Some of Megaman's physics are different and don't allow him to reach certain simple places that other characters could. This will be incredibly easy if you play with other characters.

Here are the changes:
- Certain platforms are larger to allow Megaman to reach them.
- The Episode uses V1 of my Megaman Soundpack (if you wish to turn this off, head into the world folder and delete the "sounds.ini" file and the folder titled "Sounds." this should turn off the Soundpack.)

To import the Soundpack, drop the files in the RAR file into your world folder.
