It sounds like 2 people logged on the forums just to vote for enjl but that does not mean they tampered. Maybe they just really liked his level and decided to vote. Its impossible to know for sure.

Honestly if I had a level in level of the month and I was cheated I would not lose any sleep over it. There is way more important things in life to worry about.

Eclipsed pointed this out because Enjl is friends with Waddle and Pyro. Again, doesn't mean that the voting was manipulated in any way.
