Quest for the Crown

Story

Mario and Peach are taking a nice walk, until a bridge collapsed! They fell in a really deep pit. They got stuck in a long tunnel with no way back up, and while they were falling, Peach's crown fell off her head and bounced into a door that immediately shut once it entered. The two find a little building in the tunnel, lots of Toads were there to help them. The Toads said there was a monster in the cave that created a dangerous lair and that Mario needs to collect stars to open the lock to his lair!

Doing the hub first is an... interesting choice. I like doing it very late, after knowing which of the initially planned levels may have been cut or replaced during development, or if there are new levels that made it in. Moreover, it's impossible to finish it until all other levels are finished, so it seems like it mostly adds extra work whenever your plans change. Might be a bit of a hassle down the line.
