Hello, this is my very first full SMBX level, Made with SMBX2, i recently got in to SMBX and while i have made levels in the past they where more like tests which i was experimenting around with, while this is a full level, the level is very short, but it did take a while to make, as any level, i really hope you like it! Also any criticism would be greatly appreciated, as i want to make bigger better levels in the past, and who knows maybe even full episodes. enjoy!

Pretty neat! I dig the variety and creativity. It definitely played like you had fun testing out what things you could do in the engine, which is great!
I have a few notes regarding practices and oddities:
- Did you mean to put a coin in the big ?-Box and have a leaf automatically fall next to it? Just making sure cause it looked a bit odd
- When doing forced-powerup sections like this, you have to be careful. In this scenario, if the player loses the leaf before arriving at the large pit up ahead, they are likely to take more damage from the munchers. Consider using the leaf primarily as a way to make levels easier and reach secret areas, or make sure (in a level where the leaf is expected) to provide the player with a supply at all times so they can't get stuck on accident.
- I dig the progression near the start, near the wooden beams. The individual setups had a steady difficulty to them and there was quite a bit of verticality. Mayhaps some areas in the cave lacked this kind of committment, since I distinctly remember an almost completely empty screen there that seemed surprising :p
- You won't often see jumping parakoopas below blocks around here because they're quite a hazardous foe to face due to the difficult-to-predict speeds they go at. I think their strength as an enemy to face often comes from being able to tackle them with either a jump or by running under, but in tight corridors neither may be a safe option so it can cause the player to have to wait for the enemy to pass.
- When placing warp entrances and exits on horizontal pipes, put them on the bottom of the pipe to prevent the player from clipping at the top of the pipe.
- When in doubt, a short level is always better than a level needlessly padded for length ;p

Replying to Enjl, i wanted to address this, and i should've in the forum post itsef but the leaf part isnt a forced power up section by the way, its a bug with smbx2 itslef, if you put a leaf in any question mark block it will appear as a mushroom in the level, the coin had to be put there becouse i had no idea how to make the question mark box empty.
Also thanks for enjoying my level, and for all the great criticism.

Not actually a bug. All powerups in SMBX are inherently progressive powerups. If you already have a mushroom, you will get the leaf.
To always give the player a leaf, you could use a leaf powerup block from the misc. section of the tileset itembox.

Really good, and for a first level, not bad at all. I like how simple it is, just a tip, don't try to do something too advanced if you are new to things, take it slowly, like you are doing with a level like this one, I will make sure to play it, but it seems fun to play! Good job!
