My First Level: NO NOO NOOOO

What exactly is the meaning of this level title?
All I can think of is Darth Vader's no, and this:

I wouldn't describe the sequence of downloading a 82MB-large zip file (half the size of your standard episode zip), trying to run it with all installs of SMBX, SMBX2 and SMBX38A I have and then deleting it because nothing worked a pleasant experience, so you succeeded in accomplishing something peeving in that regard. Well done.

It outright crashes PGE with "Aborted! [SIGABRT]" citing that the filenames for the PGE libraries (I think) are invalid. Opening the file in Notepad shows that the file is in the 1.4.4 format but I can load Super Caleb Bros and Endless Maze levels (which I downloaded specifically to test this) in PGE perfectly fine (except the NPCs are messed up like the treasure chests are green bubbles, but that's to be expected).

EDIT: The SMBXfile version being 69 and whatever the hell "BTNS|Mario|Luigi|Peach|Toad|Link" is have nothing to do with it. What the hell happened to the level format?

EDIT2: I have a clue about what's going on, at least with it crashing PGE, but I won't say anything unless prompted, I know too much...

The level is supposed to work with 1.4.5
