[NPC Pack] NSMB2 Gold Flower for SMBX2

This is a NPC pack that adds the Gold Flower powerup from NSMB2. Original credits for the sprite goes to Lx Xzit (feel free to ask me to take the DL link down if it isn't allowed). Do note that there are some bugs.

Credit also goes to Starman AI from SMBX2 for portions of code.

Note: You will want to use SMBX2 2.0.0 Beta 4 Patch 1 to use this NPC.

It looks pretty great! SupersmashbrosfanX would be proud. However the fireball isn’t gold from what I’m seeing on the gif. Perhaps if it was colored gold then this would be perfect.

It's nice, but for some reason when I use it the explosion of the fireball hurts players including the one who threw it. Also it doesn't display an icon for me in the editor. I know I did something wrong when moving it to my level folder, but I really don't know what it is or how to fix it, as I'm unfamiliar with Lunalua in general.

The explosions should not hurt the player, although it wasn't designed for 2P in mind.

The explosions still harms the player. Are you sure you put the correct version on the download link?

Yes, I have. Then again, I only tested the thing on a episode folder, and didn't test it in the 2-player mode so...

I pushed another update, which should be supposed to fix the problem. I still can't happen to reproduce the bug in any way, so please show a GIF of the bug in action, otherwise I cannot fix it at all.

That is pretty weird. Bug in SMBX2 itself?

Can you give me the "npc-800.lua" file from the download? Also, are you using the patched version of SMBX2 B4?

I could be wrong, but I believe the whole "friendly" thing currently doesn't work with explosions, which also means that peach bombs can harm the player at the moment.

So, assuming the workaround works, there's also a new update.
Changelog:
1. Gold Mario/Peach/Toad/Wario/Silver Luigi will turn back to their fire forms after emitting burst particles.
2. Silver Luigi now emits silver particles.
3. Gold Flower now has shiny particle effects.

New update.

Changelog:
1. Some visual changes.
2. The player will now get coins when hitting NPCs if the Starman powerup is active.
