Peanut’s Storage of Levels

I am new here so can u plz tell me how to play these levels? Do I have to extract them into the "worlds" folder in smbx?

You can do that but you don't play them from the game itself. You can collect all standalone levels in a separate subfolder of Worlds. You play them via directly opening them in the editor and testing them.
