Starting up SMBX 2.0 Beta

Hello. I have some problems with SMBX2 because I cant start it up. I used the SMBX2 PAL INSTALLER.exe file, but I put those files in my desktop. Then I opened the folder to click SMBX2.exe but when I clicked it, nothing happened. I checked the Task Manager but there is no process active.
