Problems with the Discord chat

Maybe this is the inapropiate place to put this in, but i had this problem when i tried to join.

When i joined the Discord chat, i found out i can only see 3 channels: Welcome, Rules and Announcements.

Why this problem is happening

The welcome channel already has a message "Please read the rules in order to find out how to access the rest of the server," and the message referred to in the welcome channel is "In order to access the server, type "?verify" in #welcome. You will automatically be assigned a member role then. Note: Sometimes ChanServ is offline for a short amount of time and doesn't assign the role automatically. In which case, message a staff member, they will let you in." All you have to do is type "?verify" in the welcome channel. If you still haven't given the member role by ChanServ (a bot), you can contact a staff member.
