Perhaps Wart for the boss battle (Along with roses or flowers in place of the bubbles since he's the Flower Prince & instead of spitting, he uses a wand instead, like an SMB3 King). Also, if possible, add in a non boss version for use as a friendly NPC.

Edit: Mother Brain will also do for the boss NPC of Haru.
