PGE per-NPC attributes seem to be borked. Setting id on a star coin, volley on a bowser statue, trail size on a fire snake, active on a line guide platform, etc., doesn't seem to do anything. Paratroopa and cheep cheep new behaviors seem to be okay though.

Please follow the advice on the handbook and only save .lvlx files, not .lvl files.
For reference, the levels in which I encountered this bug were lvlx files originally saved in the MaGLX3 build. If the lvlx format changed between versions, I might try resaving the entire thing in the new version when I get home and see if that fixes the issue.

Thanks!
It's not LVLX format difference, it's the possible difference of settings tree of some NPCs (internal structure of extra settings). Old files are kept old tree and the only way to refresh them, open properties of that NPC and make any change of extra settings. Anyway, I'm not sure is this true or not, the main question is what lua side gets from extra settings field
Just a quick update - it appears that everything just kind of started working again out of the blue, I didn't actually make any changes to the levels themselves or resave anything. Still have no idea what went wrong in the first place.
If there are too many installed episodes, Mario Challenge breaks.
Apparently this problem isn't occurring because I installed too many episodes, it's occurring because of the episode "Bowser's Vengeance."
I also found a problem with one of the cheat codes:
Haven't downloaded the newest version yet, but I was wondering if anyone noticed this. Apparently Uncle Broadsword doesn't work properly with the clear pipes, all controls except up and down are disabled, and if he enters a cannon he's stuck forever. Not sure why this is, since almost every other character works fine, Snake and Samus disappear sometimes and Rosalina, Klonoa and Ninja Bomberman use their double jump on exiting (which prevents the former two from gaining any height with an upwards cannon), but that's about all I've found.
Also, last I checked, touching Panzer's fireball with the Mega Mushroom causes a crash.

I also found a problem with one of the cheat codes, will post a video about that problem later.
It would be worth figuring out why this particular episode crashes. That way, it can be fixed/avoided.
Just kidding, but I really don't understand the naming
I also have laughed on the name, reminded the TV signal format
In real, the Pal is a name of a dog which a pet dog of Demo, a main character of A2XT universe.
I'm now thinking of a rival pupper called "Enti Essy".
Honestly, I thought the PAL subtitle was a joke on hotfixes that happen when something finally arrives in Europe.
