I dreamt that my "beloved" Petanque iron balls shattered and the interior was full of mud
(in reality, they're supposed to be hollow)
Interesting. Apparently dreams get fragments of our day and try to make sense of them in a bizzare way. Maybe you had an experience where you came across mud that day while playing that sport.
I don't know if any of it even happened, but it is rather fun to try and interpret our dreams a little bit better.

I remember in 4th grade when the teacher brought in whale blubber for a science demonstration on heat (at least I think so anyways), and I remember that my reaction to it was the best out of the class. There was two girls in my class who nicknamed me "Blubba" or something like that because of it, and they even drew me as a miniature whale (because they were Steven Universe fans). It was pretty nice.
Things like this don't really happen anymore so it feels good to reminiscence.

Unlikely. It was just like "the surface of my balls stopped being a surface and dissolved". It was scary but I can't think of a concrete association with something real. Indeed, dreams are not only bizzare but also random mixes of our experiences.

I know some people may think it's a little strange (also totally opposite genre and theme) but...
DooM!!! (someone please tell me they have at least seen this name somewhere...)
Also roguelikes, RPGs, Fallout, Terraria, (ocassionally some Minecraft), and some other stuff.
Oh, and I am an active forumer in the Doom forums, so if anyone else has my weird combination of SMB/Doom, check out the forums!

I've been playing a lot of Terranigma lately. It's an RPG only released in Japan and Europe/Australia, and it's extremely underrated. It's an amazing RPG and I'd recommend it.

All of those people that comment "signing up for SMBX" are cute when they've been here for like a year. Imagine being here during your entire puberty age 12-20, THAT'S a lot of embarrassing situations. Lighthouse64 may be the only person in this thread qualified to make that claim because he had some serious dumb bitch energy in 2014 (love you buddy <3).
How does one "sign up for SMBX" anyway?

Ah, I don't think I was really being clear enough. What I meant was what Aristo meant by them saying they're signing up, even after being here for a year.

I keep having recurring dreams... I write them down in the hopes that I can one day piece together what fractured thoughts my mind is trying to tell me.

Read the post again. In an equally facetious response to this common ironic in-joke "I joined SMBX, how embarassing", he compares "being here for a year" to "being here for many years already".

My second oldest sister found out that I was on the computer behind her back, so I probably won't be on here or Discord for a long while; I don't want to get in even more trouble

How did people in the house react?
