my gfx are broken

They wont show! whatever i do half of them are invisible so i cant see them in my level
i use custom gfx is that a problem!

I'd suggest you give some more detail, including screenshots of your level folder and showing screenshots of what you're seeing. Also, please include which version of the engine you're running, as that can make a big difference.
