We never touched the invasion 2, what?
Seems this flag is set for suitable events.

Why would you wanna open a level using newer editor features in an outdated version of the editor from before those features were included?
It's a secret but can you please answer my question?
Reading my response you might've been able to figure out how the logistics behind your attempt make no sense. How would the old version of PGE recognise the features from the new version? You may try to convert a lvlx file in the MAGLX3 build of PGE to a lvl file, breaking the extra settings fields in the process, and then attempt to import it in Beta 3, probably getting a million error messages when attempting to play a level that makes use of any extended ID range.
I presume your end goal is to convert a lvlx level into the format compatible with 38A by bridging over regular lvl files, which is just an extra step since you can convert to 38A-lvl directly and get the same breaking results. I hope that whatever you're trying to convert is not intended to be playable after conversion.
So if i remove the new features, will the level be playable in beta 3?

It would technically not be the same level, so playable sure, but beatable or restorable cannot be guaranteed.

I think this is a problem with your keyboard, search keyboard ghosting on google and see if you have the exact same problem.

It's a part of SDL Mixer X, yeah, I think, I forgot to re-enable looping once I have introduced use of libXMP together with libModPlug that was originally used. I'll check that and will roll up updated Mixer X and will notify you about that
EDIT: Made! https://github.com/WohlSoft/SDL-Mixer-X ... 4c1b393aad
So, feel free to download the updated build here and put all DLLs from the "SDL-Mixer-X/bin" folder into your "data/" folder

My friends and I keep talking about when the final version of SMBX 2.0 might be released.
I am still patiently waiting for this release, nevertheless I would like to ask very friendly how likely it is that this version could released until the end of the year 2020.
Thanks to everyone who is involved in this project.

Our guess is as good as yours. Ask again in December 2020.

Thank you Enjl for your answer.
I'm very looking forward for the final version of SMBX 2.0. (Whenever it is ready for download.)

Why are the new pink springs harder to throw and less bouncy than the classic green springs?

1. SMW throw physics. I figured they'd be interesting to build around. I might make it a toggle flag in the future.
2. Green springs are OP. Bounce height is configurable through NPC codes though.

Certain objects cannot be found in the tileset itemboxes by default. Those are unfinished. (Boohemoth, Blert, Tantrunt, new Piranha Plants, DKC barrels, etc...)

When I go to the SMBX2.0 download page it loads... then it goes to "Aw snap" or "Can't open this page". How do I fix this?

I just checked the link in the first post and it works for me, so the problem isn't with the website.

Also, when i do manage to hit the download link, it finishes early, before the file actually finishes.

It's a problem with your Internet connection, this has happened to me before.
