Burt the bashful

Recreating Yoshi's island enemies in smbx! First is Burt the Bashful, the World 1 miniboss. This goes over the SMB3 green paratroopa.

The black areas that connect his nose and feet to his body look too thick

Interesting however if I end up using this graphic, it would be to script it myself rather than have it replace a paratroopa.

Looks fitting in my opinion.... But my only complaint about this custom boss is there's more than 15 colors on the sprite.

What an arbitrary metric... Especially since this an import from a ripped sprite from yoshi's island..

Quite the opposite, actually! The rest of the outlines have been removed for some reason. Take a look at the original spritesheet:

I wonder if the original AI could be made with LunaLua. Someone's gotta let me know if they manage to do that.

Probably considering I have heard many times Luna lua can do anything.

The boss only has one attack and a visual health bar... I think people have made more complex bosses in SMBX without even realizing it.

Yeah true. It is a programming language, so that would be why.
