Is it just me, or do everyone encountered this issue?

So, usually, I was able to place comments on a thread in unlocked forums, like usual. But recently, I can't comment or make a new thread in the LunaLua subforum. Does anyone happen to encounter this issue, and if so, how can I fix it?

Just click on the post reply button that appears at the top and bottom of each page.
Quick reply does not exist in some subforums.

Quick reply is only enabled for some forums. If it's not enabled then it's disabled. That's what causes this.
