What happens now?

I'd like to be excused for a moment when I ask what's going to be happening with the forum now. It's clear that the move to Reddit is really unpopular, as far as the announcement that was posted yesterday. At this time, Aristo and PixelPest no longer seem to be administrators and the thread has been locked and archived without further word, so what exactly does this mean?

I would personally hope that this means things will remain as they've been here, but I'm not sure what exactly to take away from it.

The move to Reddit will not be happening as it's so unpopular and consequential it's a non-starter. Aristo left SMBX the day of the announcement, and PixelPest left the day after. The thread was locked and archived because it was starting to attract confusion as to what was going on. There will be a channel created on Discord to discuss the situation and then archived for everyone to read. That Discord discussion will be what happens next but there won't be any details until then. Everyone can be assured though that everything will be alright and there's no need to worry. The remaining staff and I can try to answer any more questions that are had but details about the immediate future won't be available until after the Discord discussion.

Damn, that sucks a lot, i wanted to repay you for all of the support i got from you and i wanted you to be there when the demo of my project gets released... it makes me very sad, you know, you helped me so much and i didn't have a chance to do the same for you... this is the thing i dislike about smbx veterans, they do so much to support us and we aren't able to do anything for them ; (
If i can get the permission to have you as a side character in my project, it would mean the world for me as this way, i will never forget about you and all of the support i received from you and it will be the only way i can repay you, i hope you have success with everything you have planned to do in the future and with your life and i hope i get a reply from you or else, i truly will be sad about you leaving the community.

I can't really do that without pixelpest's agreement as it will bring me bad reputation and maybe pixelpest wouldn't want to be involved in it but it does indeed suck that i might never get a reply from him and i just wanted to thank him somehow for all of the support, to show him that he didn't waste his time helping me...
