Just had a quick flick through the user list and it shows he's a banned user. Also looking at his <10 posts, it appears that he stole Sapphire's work. I'd assume this is an upload of those stolen levels.

It's A-OK. DaDaveMan is my brother, and I do have his permission to use his masterpiece levels and make them into an episode.
