I want a debit card so I can actually buy things online without the need of a parent or prepaid card to do so.

You really can't buy things online with a debit card. You need a credit card

*I bought a registration key for WinZip and a little something for my elgato game capture device so I can capture some retro gaming footage with a few debit cards. So that's proof!

7zip is open source so if you wanted you could go into the source code and take the malware out. Noone has done that yet. Chances are there is no malware.
