Hazmat smb3 enemies

I really suck at making custom gfx. I was wondering if anyone could make me a Hazmat Goomba and/or Koopa Troopa in Super Mario Brothers 3 style. Thank you!

Ok, sorry for double-posting AND bumping, but i was wondering if someone could make an SMB3 styled hazmat fire bro? i can make the projectile myself. Thank you!

If for some reason you want to make the projectile, its a plutonium bar, kinda like the one from The Simpsons.
