I've done quite a lot of these, but I only remember some of them like:
- Random Nuzlocke Challenge in Pokemon Ruby/Sapphire (Failed, Lost to Steven Stone)
- Naked Alucard Challenge [No weapons, (only fists) no armor and no equipables (Can be equipped in some areas when necessary)] in Castlevania: Symphony of the Night (Failed, Died a lot and rage quitted at Shaft)
- Mega Buster Only and No Damage Run in Megaman 1-6 (Succeeded in all except 5)
- Trying to complete the Pokédex in the Gens 1-4 [I didn't have Gen 5-7 games] (Succeeded in first 3 Gens and Failed in the 4th Gen)
These are the ones I did in the past. I hope all of them count.
- Mega Buster Only and No Damage Run in Megaman 1-6 (Succeeded in all except 5)
That's sounds challenging, and i didn't know you can do buster only run of Mega Man II.
Well, it's possible but it requires lots of trial and error. But I only used other weapons in the 3rd boss of Wily Castle, as the boss can be only hurt with Crash Bombs. That's the only exception can be done in this challenge.
I'm setting myself a challenge, I'm trying to beat NSMB's all three save slots with three stars (defeated the final boss, got and spent all the starcoins and completed all the levels with all the exits). Currently I have one three star slot and two one star slots. Wish me luck ^.^
At one point I did a soul level 1 run of dark souls 3. Very fun challenge.
As of now, due to a challenge given by Mechdragon, I am planning to beat Super Metroid without any beam upgrades(Except hyper beam since, as far as I am aware, you have to get it to beat the game). That includes:
•Ice Beam
•Wave Beam
•Plasma Beam
•Grapple Beam
•Spazer
•Charge Beam

That sounds like a cool challenge to attempt. Did you attempt each go in sessions and have breaks or did you just keep retrying until you got it down?
