Need (SMW) Cape Power-up

I'm doing this project and I have the SMW Mario and Luigi for this project, I just need a replacement for the Raccoon Tail that looks like the SMW Cape/feather for the SMW Mario and Luigi sprites.

I'm pretty sure SMBX GFX Pack by Red Yoshi has SMW Cape versions of Mario and Luigi
