Hard Man reskin for Bowser (SMB3)

I was wondering if there's a graphics pack that replaces Bowser (SMB3) with Hard Man from Mega Man 3, as well as replacing the flames with his Hard Knuckle attacks. If one currently doesn't exist, then it'd be nice if somebody could make one for me. I'm making an episode that includes a bossfight arena, and I want Hard Man to be one of the bosses you fight.

You should definitely use the 16-bit Wily Wars version of Hard Man.
