Some people I know tried to join the forum but their usernames are inactive (I dont remember if it happened to me but I dont know how to make it active) So why are they inactive and what should they do?

If you newly joined, don't you receive an activation e-mail?
Sometimes an account also displays as "user is inactive". If that happens, just hop on Discord and ask an admin.

I didn't understand you, what is the admin and what discord is..?

Discord is where you make group chats online. Admins are the people who run the site. Activation emails are used to make sure the person used their email account to register so no one takes others accounts

If you need help with something like this you can also just PM an Admin an the forums and they'll communicate with you that way

How can I find an admin at the discord or at this forum?..
Maybe the admins have names so I can talk with them?

Anyone with a red name, such as myself. You can also click "Administrators" under "Who is Online?" at the Board Index and that'll show you everyone in the Admin group

Send it to one of the active Admins. Shadow Yoshi is pretty much gone, hence the blue name
