2k16 May Havoc, as the name implies, was released in 2016 btw.
Also nothing stops you from having 38A and SMBX2 on your PC. I work with SMBX2 but I have 38A for playing levels and episodes made in that version, so I find the message about "people with 38A can't play the 2k1x series" a bit misguided.

Next time you should explain why you feel it is not very good. How is he supposed to do better and make better levels if he does not know what his problems or weak areas are?

I did not try the episode but the graphics looked nice and the world map did look interesting too.

I wasn't even involved in May Havoc's development, lol. The levels were pretty fun though from what I remember. Certainly better than most stuff I usually see around here. Zlaker, h2643, Darkonius & co. make some neat levels.
