I will tell you all about a card game named
Blackjack


Blackjack is a card game to where the goal of the game is to get closer to a total of 21 than the dealer without going over 21.


In Blackjack 10 and Q and J and K are all worth 10 points. In Blackjack an A is worth either 1 point or 11 points. In Blackjack each other card which are 2 3 4 5 6 7 8 9 are all worth what points of the number they are such as a 9 is worth 9 points.


In Blackjack hit means take another card which signal to hit in Blackjack is either gliding fingers on table in a caressing motion or gliding cards on the table.


In Blackjack stand means do not take another card which signal for stand in Blackjack is to either put cards near bet or wave hand near bet.


In Blackjack split means splitting one card hand into another card hand such as if you are dealt two 7s and wish to split them you put out an equal wager and make a V shape pointing at the cards to signal you want to split the pair of 7s.


In Blackjack surrender means you give up half of your original bet by gliding one finger from a starting point on the table and then moving the finger left or right while saying ''Surrender'' or ''I Surrender half of my bet dealer'' or something like that.


In Blackjack double down means you put your original bet amount extra or less extra and then make a one pointed finger at your bet to receive one more card and that hand is over.


In Blackjack a push means a tie which the bet is neither paid nor taken away such as if both the dealer and the player have 19 they both push.


In Blackjack bust means going over 21.


In Blackjack a soft total is a hand with at least one A (Ace) but can not bust by taking a hit.


In Blackjack a hard total is a hand that can bust if the player takes a hit.


In Blackjack when the dealer is showing an A the dealer can offer insurance which is up to half the original wager which gets paid 2 to 1 if the dealer does have a natural blackjack which is an A and any 10 point card.

One of my favourite card games is Euchre. I grew up playing a lot of card games, mostly Rummy, Crazy Eights, Cribbage, and Hearts, though also the Pokémon TCG on the other hand. Card games are honestly pretty great and for a while a group of my friends and I would play Euchre almost daily at lunch in one of the math classrooms at school--good memories

Yu-Gi-Oh was my childhood and the best card game i have ever played , too bad i grew up and my friends as well and we don't play the game anymore.

When I was 9 I played Picture Poker on my DS.

I have a lot of Pokémon cards, however about 10% of them are lost and sadly, I never got to play a full game with them

It just so happens i played a game of cards last night!
We called it "Sevens" although i know for a fact it is actually "Rummy".
Probably called it 7's as you always have 7 cards (8 when picking a card).
So basically you get 7 cards and your aim is to get either a Run (e.g. 3 4 5, A K Q J) or a group of similar cards (1 1 1 1, 2 2 2) etc.
The game is easy to learn but involves a bit of tactics that require you to think - do you take from the deck, or take from the discard pile?
Quite a fun game.
