(MegaMan3) Hard Man

This NPC was hard to make, not because of Hard man himself, but because I have no idea how to create new NPCS.

After an hour of lucky manipulation and fixing the format, I finally created this :

Hmm. By judging the only screenshot & description in the opening post, I could say at least the design looks nice.

Btw, you know there's a 16-bit version of Hard Man in the Wily Wars, right?

The design was ripped straight from Wily Wars...
Also it's just a rip. There's not much to say anyway.

Hey, looks nice, so this is ripped from wily wars? I hope one day all the robot masters from the Mega Man series can be ripped into SMBX, by anyone really, so someone can compile them and make a collection.
