make luigi following mario and jump w. delay?

i want to make a "mario and luigi bowsers inside story" level but i need a luigi following mario and the luigi has to jump some seconds after mario did

probably you can play it in 2 player mode but luigi will not follow mario

It might be a little rough, but you could reskin a "bully" and make it friendly. New Great Castle Adventure did this.

This can be done relatively easily with LunaLuna. I'd suggest asking on the Codehaus Discord, as there are a number of people there who can walk you through it.
