I managed to find a zip of it on my solid state drive. Here it is:

BTW 38-A is VERY inaccurate and will eventually be outdated by SMBX2, and it's impossible to port levels from 38A over to SMBX2 as well. So I suggest maybe using SMBX2 beta 3 despite having less features because it will have more compatibility with future SMBX2 versions.
