The FCC has broken enough laws to not only have this revoke cluster**** get thrown out be Congress but force the government to elect new FCC officials. I sincerely hope that the current head of the FCC gets replaced with someone more competent and not "power drunk". He actually thinks he can create and enforce a measure to forbid states from making their own NN law after this one is revoked? WTH, correct me if I'm wrong but the FCC is NOT in the Legislative Branch of the US government. Therefore they can't do that. They can only interpret federal regulations and enforce those regulations set by the government.
