Mother brain remplacement

I'm currently making an episode on SMBX 1.4.3 (not the 2.0, not the default one either). And I'm replacing the mother brain sprite into an animated boss, the problem is, the boss is much bigger then mother brain, which results in
showing only part of the boss, I don't know what to do, any help is appreciated, because like I said, i'm making an episode, and without that boss, my episode will be uncomplete. If you guys also have any tutorials (unfortunately i didn't manage to find any, other then default game ones, which apparently don't work here...) please give them, they may work. Any form of help is appreciated.

well i know for a fact that in 2.0 you can adjust the sprite size of an NPC (or boss) using NPC Config, not too sure about 38A-1.4.3 though

That kinda helped, I've found npc parameters, but im not sure what number is mother brain i have numbers from 293 to 341

mother brain will be none of those
