I explained that I think I'm capable a couple pages back in response to Kep, but I will say again that I have full intentions to work hard here. Over the past few weeks I've spotted a few things that need to be corrected but due to me being a regular user I could not fix. What I intend on doing here is cracking down a bit - I'll be aware of what's happening and I certainly won't take any shit. I think I can be counted on to do everything I feel a moderator should have to do in their duty.

It's not bizarre, it's common sense. Regardless of how much time it takes, the staff should choose someone they think is capable of handling Gmod matters. Honestly, I agree with Raster's idea, it sounds way more accurate than this poll stuff. I'm glad I managed to get the top votes, but honestly, that ain't gonna make me feel better since the system being used just doesn't fit at all with the seriousness you guys try to put on it.

Also lol, Blueoak doesn't seem to notice Raster's post.

I did notice it, and it was essentially a response. Raster's suggestion might happen, so I posted that just to make my intentions clear. That's all.

This, pretty much. I appreciate you for this post.
It doesn't matter what you say, because Joey will just brush it off as "thank you for your opinions" and not bother to respond in the correct manner.
I hope he isn't going to do that. I've always known Joey as someone eager to discuss problems regarding the community.

I do actually kind of fear that this will happen, despite so many complaints here.

No offense to Gary, Natsu and the others but having the same person always as a mod is kinda boring i mean maybe give someone else a chance showing himself he can do it good and if not the staff still could change it up. And yeah i might agree with Raster about the part the community isn't mature enough and the other point of the designing at the first pool reghrhre had 25 votes. Do you really think people voted him just so? IF you think yes you are terrible wrong.

I remember Joey spammed the #Knuxcentral for long time by complaining about community's problems.
He hasn't been doing that for long time but he's still gay.
What Knux said could happen. Mooth.

Why are you people still believing Knux is worth listening to?

I mean shit, you could hold negative opinions about Joey without some whiny twat shoving it all into your ear.

And don't dig up old bones just to justify your actions now. Holy shit that is the most immature thing.

Do keep in mind that even though users may win the vote, the administration still gets to decide who becomes moderator.

I agree people shouldn't try to insult Joey, though your post makes little sense. You're making it seem like Knux is some exiled user who isn't entitled to an opinion in front of the community.

I don't get it why people are still fighting together this is just pointless and waste of time and atleast doesn't help anyone.

Actually our opinions aren't pointless because:

The votes might not even matter much compared to somewhat logical discussion, but yes the fighting should be toned down in place of debate.

Knux wrote:Here's the thing.

Last year, DarkMatt tried to help me during the SORA incident, but he came across as rude.

I didn't respond to him at one point (because I was busy dealing with more important issues) and ever since he's been slagging me off as the worst staff member ever.

He won't even tell me what I'm doing wrong, just that I'm doing wrong to the community...nothing more.

Each time I've asked what the problem is, I got "you cant even tell what your own problems are" and that was it really.

Beginning to think he just dislikes me for the sake of disliking me.

Reminds me of Cloud and his forum in 2011.

The fact that you can't answer this yourself might be why.
He does sound harsh. He should just tell you what he dislikes about you.

I voted Pseudo-dino because he's my Best-Forum-Friend and I think he would be good for the job.

This isn't a friendship contest. I'd really hope you consider the qualifications of the nominees next time (if there is a next time).

I highly hope there isn't a next time. This poll is way too biased. I already knew this was a bad idea from the beginning. Just as a bunch of others did.

Thank you!
