I just logged to my mediafire account and it look's like the link is now working again!

If you people liked this Episode, you have to know that I am going to hit this forum soon with another Episode! And it is going to be a very huge SMB3 RPG styled Episode, with a unique open world (many hubs) style this time! I have 10 different hub's finissed, and many level and the world map is 90% done. I started working on this new project at the moment I finished Legend of Mario, just to let you know how many hour's I worked on my new project. In many hub's level, a had to stop working on them because I used all event's and layers

There is many objectives and thing to do. I will not show screen, because I always post my episode when it's 100% done. One day... maybe this year... be prepared for my new Episode, my best one! Mamma Mia!

Oh, you're alive. Well, good work for your determination to make another episode, surelly it taked a lot of time and effort. Good lucky to make the final revisions and i will waiting to play your Episode :>

Hopefully it is not because it has Mario content overwise 95% of the episodes and levels on this forum would be fucked over.

Considering how Phil fixed the link already once, it seems like MediaFire is messing with him only. Should switch to Dropbox or w/e

Anyways, as for the ToS, I think I've found the reason(s) why.

"You agree, while using MediaFire Services, that you may not:

Distribute an illegal or unauthorized copy of another person's trademarked or copyrighted work;

Distribute Content that violates the rights of others, such as distributing Content that infringes any copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, or violates any right of privacy or publicity, or that is libelous or defamatory, or that directs any user to the content of a third party without consent of the third party;"

But if Mediafire are taking down his episode for copyright violations (or basically because it is anSMBX episode, for that matter) then why are we not seeing 95% of all SMBX episodes go RIP?

The company exists (they are also the ones providing e3) and mail does also.

They most likely took it down, because esa represents game companies and has workers from them.
Nintendo is included in their so it's most likely the media fire link was removed because it has Mario and Mario stuff in it ,which is a copyrighted I'd from nintendo.

It could be a auto-trigger but knowing nintendo I doubt that.

I would suggest to stop uploading Mario stuff on media fire..
The same happened to some gfx from zant and guess what konami is in esa also.

So if SMBX episodes, levels and GFX are being targetted on Mediafire, could the companies go and target other download sites? Because if that is true, then this shit could kill SMBX without a C&D, although we can of course resort to avoiding Mario stuff and renaming SMBX to something else.

I think the classics collection is for older episodes from the SMBX communities before this one which are hard to get of or were previously lost, so this probably won't (though technically it is lost now because of MediaFire)

Pretty sure they can do that. But yeah removing Mario entirely and use original chars would prevent it.
