As you can tell by the title, I have created two different sprites for the Wa Bros.
Boom-Boom is replaced by Wario, and Hammer Bros are replaced by Waluigi
Waluigi looks like he was put through one of those russian hydraulic press channels. Use NPCConfig or a raw TXT file if the dimensions are too small. And do I detect 1x1 pixels?

I'm a little confused on what you mean, but checking my Waluigi sprites again, I realized that I have a few fixes to make. I'll post a comment when that is done.
NPC Calibration tool. If you use PGE, it's built in and can be activated by right clicking an NPC and selecting "New NPC Configuration" or "Edit NPC Configuration"

I will fix it eventually, but I will update this when I do, right now I'm just trying to get stuff in my project updated and such, I said I would update it over a week ago and it still isn't done. After a few updates on that, then I'll fix this.

I think it's just the way the image displays, every sprite I made has a pixel made in a 2x2 fashion, there is a single issue with the current Waluigi sprite, and I am going to fix it soon, but I need to focus my attention on Mario & Luigi X for the time being, I haven't gotten an update out in over a week so I am going to fix it afterward.
